SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

OPG is a “by appointment only” clinic. If your child is sick and needs to be seen, please call our office to schedule the appointment. You can schedule a well child visit by phone or by clicking here.

Appointments for sick patients are scheduled as soon as possible and appointments for annual well child check-ups (for ages 2+) are scheduled 6 months in advance.

If you have more than one child that needs to be seen, each child must have an appointment scheduled to ensure that the provider has adequate time to treat your children.

Please try to arrive shortly before your appointment time in order to update any paperwork and verify insurance coverage. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule that appointment.

CLINIC HOURS

The clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Our first appointment is at 8:00 and our last appointment is at 4:20.

Phones are answered from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. After 4:30, our calls are forwarded to a nurse triage system. Calls are answered by Registered Pediatric Nurses. The nurses will assist you with care for your child. A physician is “on call” 24 hours a day. If necessary, the Triage nurse will contact the “on call” physician.

As a general rule, our office is closed when Oxford City Schools are closed for weather related issues.
